LR Civ P 6.1. Definitions For the purpose of these Local Rules of Civil Procedure, Ajudicial officer@ means a district judge or, when authorized by a district judge, a statute, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, or these Local Rules of Civil Procedure, a magistrate judge.
