LR Civ P 83.3. Representation of Parties Every party to proceedings in this court, except parties appearing pro se, shall be represented by a member of the bar of this court and may be represented by a Visiting Attorney and Sponsoring Attorney as provided in LR Civ P 83.1(a), 83.1(b), and 83.6. A corporation or unincorporated association cannot appear pro se.
