LR Civ P 4.1.2. Issues; Trial by Jury If the alleged contemnor puts in issue his or her alleged misconduct or the damages sought, he or she shall, upon demand, be entitled to have evidence taken, either before the court or before a master appointed by the court. When the alleged contemnor is entitled to a trial by jury, he or she shall make written demand therefor at least 7 days before the trial date; otherwise he or she will have waived a trial by jury.
