LR Cr P 32.1. Presentence Interview Probation officers shall notify counsel, prior to conducting the presentence interview of the defendant, of the date, time and place of the interview. If counsel cannot attend an interview, the information provided by the defendant shall be made available to counsel upon request in accordance with LR Cr P 32.2.
