LR Cr P 44.3. Representation of Parties Every party to proceedings in this court, except parties appearing pro se, shall be represented by a member of the bar of this court and may be represented by a Visiting Attorney and Sponsoring Attorney as provided in these rules. A corporation or unincorporated association cannot appear pro se.
