LR3.1 Collateral Proceedings and Refiled Cases Parties represented by counsel who commence an action by filing a complaint or notice of removal must complete and file a Civil Cover Sheet (Form JS44). All parties must file written notice of any related civil, criminal, or administrative proceeding.
