LR 5.7.10 Notice of Court Orders and Judgments The entry of an order or judgment into the Electronic Filing System by the Court will generate a "Notice of Electronic Filing" to all Users in that action. The "Notice of Electronic Filing" constitutes the notice required by the Federal Rules. The clerk must give notice to non-Users in accordance with the Federal Rules.
