LR 5.7.12 Public Access Parties must ensure that all filings comply with the E-Government Act of 2002, FRCP 5.2, and other rules that govern the filing of personal data identifiers such as an individual's social-security number, taxpayer-identification number, birth date, the name of an individual known to be a minor, or a financial-account number. The responsibility for redacting personal identifiers rests solely with counsel and the parties. The Clerk will not review filing for compliance with this rule.
