LR77.1 Conference In Chambers - Notice Except as to applications normally considered and acted upon ex parte, before any attorney or party will confer, or arrange to confer, with a judge of this court in chambers relative to a matter then pending before the judge, he or she must first give notice of the date and hour of the proposed conference to opposing counsel, or if counsel is unknown, to the opposing party, and must satisfy the judge that this has been done.
