LR83.2.8 Familiarity with and Compliance with Rules Everyone who appears in court in proper person and every attorney permitted to practice in this court must be familiar with these rules. Willful failure to comply with any of them, or a false certificate of compliance, will be cause for such disciplinary action as the court may see fit, after notice and hearing.
