Local Rule LR83.3.9: Photographs, Radio or Television Broadcasting

LR83.3.9 Photographs, Radio or Television Broadcasting The taking of photographs in the courtroom or its environs or radio or television broadcasting from the courtroom or its environs, during the progress of or in connection with judicial proceedings, whether or not court is actually in session, is prohibited. However, photographs are allowed to be taken during naturalization and other ceremonial events as well as with the approval of a judge of this court.
