LCrR 1.1 APPLICATION OF LOCAL CRIMINAL RULES The Local Criminal Rules which follow are intended to provide case participants with procedures that supplement the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. They are not intended to bind any judicial officer to any particular course of action or result. Each judicial officer retains the discretion to apply the Local Criminal Rules in a manner consistent with the demands of the case.
