LCvR 4.2 PUBLICATION OF NOTICE BY THE UNITED STATES IN CIVIL FORFEITURE ACTIONS In any civil judicial forfeiture case filed in this district, unless otherwise required by statute, rule, or specific order of this Court, the government may satisfy its requirement of publication of notice through the publication requirements of 21 U.S.C. § 853(n)(1) and Rules C(4) and G of the Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture Actions.
