LCvR 42.1 MOTION FOR CONSOLIDATION OF CASES A motion for consolidation shall be filed in only one of the related cases with a notice of the motion being filed in the proposed member case(s). Absent an order to the contrary, after consolidation, all further proceedings will be docketed and filed in the designated lead case only.
