LCrR50.1 Plan for Achieving Prompt Disposition of Criminal Cases.
This Plan was adopted by the court to minimize undue delay and to further the prompt disposition of criminal cases and certain juvenile proceedings. It requires certain procedures, specifies certain time limits, imposes specific duties and responsibilities on counsel and fosters compliance with the Speedy Trial Act.
