LBR 9015-1 JURY TRIAL IN BANKRUPTCY COURT A. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 157(e), the Bankruptcy Judges of this Court are specially designated to conduct jury trials where the right to a jury applies. This jurisdiction is subject to the express consent of all parties.
B. The jurors will be drawn from the same qualified jury wheels, consisting of the same counties, that are used in this Court.
