LCrR 41 INSPECTION AND COPYING OF SEIZED PROPERTY Under appropriate circumstances, upon the filing of a motion and a showing of good cause by the party seeking relief, the Court may enter an order which permits such party (1) to have reasonable access to seized property, including documents, for inspection; or (2) to obtain copies of seized documents or property other than contraband. The moving party shall bear the cost of copying, unless otherwise ordered by the Court for good cause shown. In fashioning an order for relief under this Rule, the Court shall consider, among other things, the burden of compliance with the order upon the government, as well as the needs of the party seeking relief. Nothing herein is intended to limit any remedies which may be available under Fed. R. Crim. P. 41(g).
