LCvR 37.1 REFERRAL OF DISCOVERY MOTIONS BY CLERK OF COURT All discovery motions shall be referred to the member of the Court to whom the case was assigned for disposition, except in cases where such matters may be required to be submitted to the emergency or miscellaneous judge, or the judge to whom matters may be temporarily referred by the judge to whom the case was assigned.
