LCvR 52 FINDINGS BY THE COURT In all non-jury cases, civil or criminal, the Court may direct suggested findings of fact and conclusions of law to be filed, and require the parties and their counsel to set forth the pages of the record and the exhibit number with specific reference to that part of the exhibit or record which it is contended supports the findings or conclusions.
