LCvR 5.3 PROOF OF SERVICE WHEN SERVICE IS REQUIRED BY FED. R. CIV. P. 5 Except as otherwise provided by these rules, the filing or submission to the Court by a party of any pleading or paper required to be served on the other parties pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5, shall constitute a representation that a copy thereof has been served upon each of the parties upon whom service is required. No further proof of service is required unless an adverse party raises a question of notice.
