LCvR 5.5 FILING OF DOCUMENTS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS Except for documents filed by pro se litigants, or as otherwise ordered by the Court, documents must be filed, signed and verified by electronic means to the extent and in the manner authorized by the Court's Standing Order regarding Electronic Case Filing Policies and Procedures and the ECF User Manual. A document filed by electronic means in compliance with this Local Rule constitutes a written document for the purposes of applying these Local Rules, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
