LR 15.1 MOTIONS TO AMEND OR SUPPLEMENT PLEADINGS
(a) Supporting Papers. A motion to amend or supplement a pleading must include as an appended exhibit the signed proposed amended or supplemental pleading.
(b) Form of Amended or Supplemental Pleading. Amended or supplemental pleadings must reproduce the entire pleading as amended or supplemented.
(c) Where Motion is Granted. The moving party must file and serve the amended or supplemental pleading within 7 days of entry of an order granting the motion unless otherwise directed by the Court.
