Local Rule Rule 5: Prejudicial Influences

Rule 5. Prejudicial Influences The conduct of a trial will be insulated by all court personnel, lawyers and litigants from all prejudicial influences. Except for naturalization and ceremonial proceedings, photography during a session of court, as well as sound and video broadcasting or recording, is prohibited in the courtroom, its environs, and the offices of this Court.
