Local Rule Rule 51: Proposed Instructions

Rule 51. Proposed Instructions Except as otherwise directed by the Court, in all cases tried to a jury, any proposed instructions must be filed at least 7 days before the scheduled trial date. Each instruction must be set forth on a separate page, numbered and identified appropriately by the party submitting it, bearing at its foot a citation of the authority in support of the instruction. Instructions must be filed as a group together with a cover sheet in pleading form and a certificate of service.
