(a) Time to Serve A Responsive Pleading.
(1) Effect of a Motion on Time to Respond: If the Court when ruling on a motion to dismiss allows the plaintiff to file an amended complaint, the defendant's responsive pleading is due 14 days after the earlier of (i) the filing of the amended complaint or (ii) the deadline set by the Court for the filing of the amended complaint.
