Rule 124 Procedure

When someone challenges an accounting filed by a guardian or trustee, there is a set order for how the hearing works. The person raising the objections (called the exceptant) speaks first and presents their concerns.

After that, the guardian or trustee who filed the account gets a chance to respond. Then the exceptant gets one more turn to address anything that came up in the guardian or trustee's response.
