Rule 125 Testimony

When a guardian or trustee files an account with the court, anyone who disagrees with it can raise objections called "exceptions." If that happens, the court holds a hearing to sort out the dispute.

At that hearing, both sides can present witnesses and evidence, just like in any other court case. A judge will listen to the testimony and decide how to rule.
