This rule has been omitted from the Delaware Court of Chancery rules. That means it does not apply in this court.

The Court of Chancery in Delaware is an equity court, which means it handles cases decided by a judge, not a jury. Because there are no juries in this court, rules about jury size and voting do not apply here.
