Rule 49 Special Verdicts and Interrogatories

This rule was intentionally left out of the Delaware Court of Chancery rules. The Court of Chancery handles cases differently from regular civil courts, so this rule does not apply there.

The Court of Chancery is an equity court where a judge, not a jury, decides cases. Because there are no juries, rules about jury verdicts and jury questions are not needed.
