Rule 60 Title

This rule simply gives the set of court rules an official name. The rules are called the "Superior Court Rules of Criminal Procedure."

When someone needs to refer to a specific rule in a court document or legal paper, they write it in a short form like "Super. Ct. Crim. R. 60." This makes it easy to identify which court and which rulebook the rule comes from.
