Rule 169 Canons of Judicial Ethics

Judges in the Delaware Court of Chancery must follow a specific set of ethical rules called the Code of Judicial Conduct. This code was created by the American Bar Association in 1972 and later adopted by the Delaware Supreme Court in 1974.
