Rule 201 Personal Representative may be Examined

If you are a personal representative (someone who manages a deceased person's estate), you can be called to answer questions under oath. This can happen either in front of the full Court of Chancery or before a Magistrate in Chancery.

The questions will be about the exceptions filed in your case. Exceptions are formal objections to how you have handled the estate. Being questioned under oath means you are legally required to tell the truth, just as you would in court.
