How a subcommittee of the Board on Professional Responsibility investigates and acts on a claim that someone is practicing law in Delaware without being admitted to the Delaware Bar. Four parts: the subcommittee's structure and scope, whose membership Supreme Court Rule 62 sets; procedure, from the intake of a complaint through investigation, a formal petition and a hearing before a panel; enforcement, by asking the Supreme Court to hold someone in contempt who disobeys its order; and general provisions such as immunity, confidentiality and time limits.
