Superior Court Agency Review Rules – 2026
Two rules governing the petitions for review of District agency decisions that belong in the Superior Court. Most D.C. agency review does not: under D.C. Code § 11-722 the Court of Appeals reviews orders of the Mayor, the Council and District agencies directly, so an administrative litigant usually skips the trial court entirely.
