Rule 112 Notice of Appearance Submitted by Defense Counsel
Rule Text
Defense counsel must submit a completed notice entering the attorney’s appearance within 3 days of the attorney's appointment or retention. The notice must state the attorney's name, address, email address, telephone number, and, if applicable, D.C. Bar number.
