Rule 110 Claims against estate

(a) Petition. Petitions for payment of claims prescribed by D.C. Code § 20-909(a) shall be in the following form: SUPERIOR COURT OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA PROBATE DIVISION Estate of: ) ) Admin. No. ................................ ) Deceased ) PETITION FOR PAYMENT OF CLAIM PURSUANT TO D.C. (b) Response to petition. The personal representative or the attorney for the personal representative shall have 10 days from the date of mailing or delivery of the Petition for Payment of Claim as shown on the Certificate of Service, to file a response and to mail or deliver a copy thereof to the Claimant or the Claimant's Attorney.
