Rule 13 Collectors

Rule Text

Certain persons not to be appointed. Neither the party filing a complaint to contest the validity of a will nor said party's attorney shall be appointed collector of an estate pending the trial of the proceedings, except:

(1) With the approval of the Court and the written consent of all the defendants named in said complaint; or

(2) Where by reason of peculiar circumstances, it shall be deemed appropriate by the Court.
