1. Transcript Order Form. The form that an appellant should use to order a transcript or certify that no transcript will be ordered pursuant to FRAP 10(b)(1) is available at www.ca11.uscourts.gov. The clerk may send to the district court a transcript order mistakenly filed in this court. The clerk’s office will ask the district courts to electronically notify this court when a transcript order or certification is filed in their courts.
2. No Hearings in the District Court. If there were no hearings in the underlying district court case, the failure to file a transcript order or a certificate stating that no transcript will be ordered is not considered a deficiency and will not result in the appeal being clerically dismissed under 11th Cir. R. 42-1(b).
