Rules of Practice and Internal Operating Procedures of the Federal Circuit — Title VII. General Provisions
Except in cases involving unrepresented parties, each appellant, cross-appellant or petitioner must file a docketing statement on the form prescribed by the clerk of court within fourteen (14) days after the case is docketed. Filing this docketing statement satisfies the requirement for an appellant to file a statement of the issues under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 10(b)(3)(A).
