Form 6 is a form you fill out to show that your court document follows the word or page count limits set by the court. When you file a brief or other document, you often have to prove it is not too long. This form is how you do that.

The 2002 update to this form made no actual changes. The committee reviewed it after getting public feedback and decided to keep everything exactly as it was written.
