Rule Text
Pursuant to the authority granted by rule 1-8.4 of these Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, the board of governors establishes a separate fund designated “Clients’ Security Fund of The Florida Bar.” Amended and effective March 29, 2019 by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar.
