Rule 3-1.1 Privilege to Practice
3-1. Preamble
Rule Text
A license to practice law confers no vested right to the holder thereof but is a conditional privilege that is revocable for cause. Amended July 23, 1992, effective Jan. 1, 1993 (605 So.2d 252).
