Rule Text
The board of governors may provide monetary relief to persons who suffer reimbursable losses as a result of misappropriation, embezzlement, or other wrongful taking or conversion of money or other property in accordance with chapter 7. Amended April 12, 2012, effective July 1, 2012 (101 So.3d 807).
