Rule Text
Either the board or the committee, in its discretion, may from time to time adopt such operating rules and regulations deemed to be either reasonable or necessary governing the establishment, operation, or conduct of plans under this chapter. Added April 2-4, 1998, by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar.
