Rule Text
Pursuant to the provisions of article V, section 15, of the Florida Constitution, the Supreme Court of Florida has inherent jurisdiction to prohibit the unlicensed practice of law. Amended July 9, 1987 (510 So.2d 596); June 20, 1991 (581 So.2d 901); July 23, 1992, effective Jan. 1, 1993 (605 So.2d 252).
