Rule 1.455 Juror Notebooks

Judges in Florida can decide to give jurors notebooks during a trial. These notebooks can contain documents and exhibits that are part of the case.

The notebooks are meant to help jurors follow along and understand the evidence as the trial moves forward. The judge is not required to provide these notebooks, but has the option to do so if it would help the jury do their job better.
