Rule 3.281 List of Prospective Jurors

If you are involved in a criminal case in Florida, you have the right to get information about the people who might serve on your jury. You just need to ask the court clerk for it.

The clerk will give you a list with the names and addresses of potential jurors. You will also get copies of any questionnaires those jurors filled out. This applies to both the defense and the prosecution.

Having this information helps both sides prepare for jury selection. Knowing something about potential jurors ahead of time lets lawyers decide who might be a fair juror for their case.
