Rule 3.372 Juror Notebooks

Judges in Florida criminal cases can choose to give jurors notebooks that contain documents and exhibits from the case. These notebooks are meant to help jurors follow along and keep track of evidence as the trial moves forward.

Not every judge will do this. It is up to each judge to decide whether notebooks would be helpful in a particular case.
