Rule 5.341 Estate Information

If you are an interested person in an estate, you have the right to ask for information about how the estate is being handled. An interested person could be a beneficiary, an heir, or a creditor, among others.

To get this information, you need to make your request in writing. Once the personal representative receives your written request, they must share details about the estate and how it is being managed.
