Rule 6.570 Reporting Action Requiring Suspension of Driver License

If you do not follow through on what the court requires after a traffic case, the court clerk will report you to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. That report can lead to your driver's license being suspended.

The court does not have to hold a hearing before reporting you. The clerk can simply send the report based on the fact that you did not comply.
